Hey everyone, welcome to Season 2 of the Roast! West Coast podcast. I’ve been swearing it wouldn’t start until next week, but after talking to my guest Alden Hozouri I just got excited about sharing it with you a little early.
And the content is timely. Alden was kind enough to spend a few minutes with me only two weeks after the opening of the new Solana Beach, California coffee shop, CAFÉ LaTERRE. I’m going to interview Alden again in the future to learn more about his coffee journey, but for this bonus episode I really wanted to focus on the challenge of getting the cafe ready in a pandemic, and his emotional reaction once the doors were open.
