This week, I’m re-airring an interview with Joe Bettinger, all around Coffee Guy. He is the head roaster and co-founder of Marea Coffee—an online sales only roaster, and a coffee broker for Cape Horn Coffee Importers. It’s a job the enables him to travel the world, sampling great coffees, and then sharing them with the rest of us. It is a pretty great gig.
